From CEO OS to Headless Empire OS
This framework was previously called Mike's CEO Operating System. It has evolved into Mike's Headless Empire OS: the private, working implementation behind the broader Headless Empire OS framework.
Headless Empire OS is the reusable operating framework that owner-led businesses can adopt. Mike's Headless Empire OS is my live implementation, containing the real priorities, companies, people, workflows, and private context that make the system useful day to day.
Public framework repo: github.com/HeadlessEmpire/headless-empire-os. Academy, application stack, and the complete ecosystem: HeadlessEmpire.com.
Mission
Operate with clarity, focus, and leverage. This repo should help Mike know what matters today, ship more valuable content, delegate cleanly, and give AI agents enough context to be genuinely useful.

AI Collaboration
- Codex and other repo agents should follow AGENTS.md.
- Mike may call Codex Arthur Blaze; keep codex/ as the technical role folder and use Arthur as the preferred conversational identity.
- Cursor should follow .cursorrules.
- Claude/Codex should follow CLAUDE.md.
- Use AI Agent Brief for any delegated AI task.
- Keep agent outputs actionable: owner, next action, due date, review criteria.
Core Principles
- Writing first: daily writing creates clarity and content.
- Capture fast, process daily: the inbox is a landing zone, not a graveyard.
- Marketing is a system: every strong idea should become multiple assets.
- Async by default: respect timezone differences and write decisions down.
- Leverage AI deliberately: agents need context, constraints, and review standards.
- Archive instead of delete: keep history without cluttering active work.
