What I’m learning right now

A personal + company OS where agents, hardware, and identity connect — playbooks documented in public so others can steal the structure

HEOS  ·  Cyborg wave  ·  Graph engineering  ·  Office structure  ·  AI Agents

One-liner

I’m not collecting AI toys. I’m designing an operating system where work is graphed, tools are owned (files + skills), hardware is a CLI into agents, commerce agents need identity + capped spend, and threads are named jobs that write back to a vault.

Five things landing hard

1. Graph engineering > smarter prompts

Prompt = better question · Context = better info · Graph = shape of the work.

Stop one mega-chat that researches, judges, and grades itself. Use: planner → parallel researchers → skeptic → merge → human gate.

Steal: Draw jobs and checks before you automate. /graphengineering

2. “Office” structure: framework, not five bots

  • The LLM is the agent
  • You own files, CLAUDE.md / skills, MCPs
  • One agent + sections (shared memory)
  • Name an Implementer or the system dies
  • Ship boring non-AI automations first
  • Weekly / monthly / quarterly kill unused tools

Steal: AUDIT → INTERVIEW → LEARN → IMPLEMENT → ACCOUNTABILITY. /office

3. Cheap AI hardware is the new desktop app

Coding agents + ~$15–55 ESP32 kits (screen, mic, e-paper, M5 sticks) = physical interfaces into the OS.

Pattern: device = I/O · cloud/agent = brain · vault gets the write.

Paths we’re mapping: e-paper status + voice dump, desk “character,” M5 demos, local swarm nodes, and a GFAVIP evergreen badge (CBS launch, year-round identity — not dead plastic).

Steal: One job per device. People buy a character/identity, not an ESP32. /cyborg2 · /cyborg-gadgets · /cyborg-badge

4. Agent commerce rails are getting real

  • ScrapeCreators — social + ad data for agent marketing
  • Cloudflare Wallets — Virtual Wallets with spend caps; x402 micropayments on HTTP
  • Pairs with Headless Domains / .agent (portable name) vs CF pay handle (edge pay)

Steal: Agents need both a name and a capped wallet. /scrapecreators · /cloudflarewallet

5. How you run agents matters as much as the model

Hitting Codex limits pushed a clean SOP for Grok Build:

  • Sessions like Codex threads: /new/rename/resume/dashboard
  • One thread = one outcome
  • Phone = SSH + tmux into the same machine — thin client, same sessions

Steal: Multi-thread hygiene beats one giant conversation. /grokthreads · /grok-mobile

Business stories that stick

Story Point
7-Eleven became Japanese Licensee reinvented ops; US parent drowned in junk-bond debt; student bought the teacher
Ray Dalio template 4 forces · 3 equilibriums · 2 levers · holy grail = uncorrelated streams
Character desk devices ~$25 BOM → ~$99 product; face + purpose + cloud brain

What I’m building toward

  1. HEOS — Headless Empire OS: vault + named agents (arthur, janice)
  2. GFAVIP — community identity, wallet/SSO, perks, possible hardware key
  3. CBS / storytelling — comic pipeline, content that compounds
  4. Excalibur Brothers men’s care — packaging in public, Thailand manufacturing story

30-second close

I’m designing an operating system where:

  • work is graphed, not chatted
  • tools are owned (files + skills), not rented black boxes
  • hardware is a CLI into agents
  • commerce agents need identity + capped spend
  • threads are named jobs that write back to a vault

Happy to go deeper on any one layer — hardware, graph ops, or GFAVIP identity.
