One-sentence TL;DR

This video answers syndication. It does not answer “what to post.” Stack the pages:

Taste on X. /grokbotx — five angles, pick per account, human still hits publish on the home platform.
One bot per brand. /grokbotsocial — not one mega social bot blasting Para Living and GFAVIP as the same voice.
Then fan-out. This page. Native X → watcher bot → Postbridge (or Postiz / Metricool if that’s the calendar you already pay for). The bot is the courier, not the writer.
Fence publish. Require Approval on the first week. Field manual: publishing latency ≠ stall; re-firing is how you double-post.
Don’t poll every two minutes. He says 30 minutes is enough and that faster checks “cost a few cents.” On a Grok Bot weekly meter that’s the quota furnace. Hourly is plenty (Ben tip 4).

What he actually set up

Have a Postbridge account with LinkedIn, Bluesky, Facebook, Threads already connected.
In Grok Bot: “connect Postbridge” — OAuth screen, or paste the MCP link.
Tell it whose X posts to watch (here: @jackfriks) and which destinations to hit.
It backfilled the last three tweets as a test; dashboard showed one already live.
He posted a new tweet on X only. Told the bot “I just posted, go grab it.” Then left a routine on a 30-minute check.
Grok Bot’s cloud computer keeps running with the laptop closed.

The gotcha he names: if you also post X + everywhere from Postbridge itself, the bot will pick up the X post and push again. Pick one source of truth. For this pattern, source of truth is native X.

What we keep vs skip

Keep: X as the composing surface, a named syndication bot, 30-minute routine, “don’t also schedule X from the same tool,” Require Approval until you’ve watched a week of mirrors.
Verify: whether Postbridge, Postiz, or Metricool is the calendar we already use. Don’t add a third scheduler.
Skip: letting the bot write the tweet and fan it out unattended. That’s two jobs. Writer ≠ courier. Last mile on the home post is still human.

Okay, so posting your X posts to every other platform takes a lot of time and effort, especially when you have to schedule them all on the other platforms as well through some third party tool.

Well, today I have news.

You can use third party tools such as Postbridge to use with Grokbot to actually do it all for you so you don't have to go into any of these social media scheduling tools ever again.

You just connect it once and post on X like normal and have Grokbot pull those X posts and then push them over to all the other platforms through Postbridge, LinkedIn, Blue Sky, Facebook and Threads all without doing any more work.

And today I'm going to set it up with you.

It's really simple and I've been playing with this idea of kind of bringing content from one place to another without actually going in any tools but just having a bot kind of scrape the content from one place and post it to the rest.

And this is an easy way to do it for X posts using Grokbot.

So basically connect your Postbridge account.

You just go into Grokbot, tell it that you want to connect Postbridge.

Once you've connected Postbridge, it's going to give you like a little OAuth screen or just feed it the MCP link and it'll grab it, it'll connect, you'll get an OAuth screen.

Connect your Postbridge accounts.

Obviously you have to have a Postbridge account for this.

It's pretty easy to do.

And you have your accounts connected on there and then you just kind of tell it what to do.

It has my Postbridge accounts right now.

It can post all my posts so let's say I want to grab all X posts made from Jackfrix using Grokbot.

So now Grokbot's going to basically go get to work on this and it's going to kind of check for my X posts and just post on all these other platforms using Postbridge every time I post something on X normally.

So instead of going into the social media scheduling tools again and again like Postbridge which is a great tool but I'll admit it, going into the tool to post is annoying and instead we can just post straight from X and then have it mirror the post to Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Blue Sky whenever we post.

So now it has actually just done exactly what we told it to.

It has basically connected my Postbridge account and it has reposted these last three posts that I made today to LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and Blue Sky.

And if I go to my Postbridge dashboard I will see that one of them is actually already posted to them.

This is a repost from my Twitter post.

So I already posted on Twitter earlier this morning while I was in bed and now it's picked it up and posted it everywhere else.

And then on top of that we have this post that I posted earlier today which will also go out to now Facebook, Threads, Blue Sky, and LinkedIn that I posted to Twitter earlier today.

And if I make a new post now, right here, and I post it to Twitter only.

So that's just posted to Twitter.

As you can see right here, if I refresh and it shows, it's not going to show, great.

Here it is.

So here's my Twitter post.

And this Twitter post now, if I go to Grokbot, it's going to check every 30 minutes now, great.

And you can see the post I made earlier links me to all the links that Postbridge gave back after posting it.

And I just say I just made a new Twitter post, go grab it, and I tell it to mirror it, it's going to go grab it now, it's going to mirror it.

But other than that, it will just check every 30 minutes.

You can set that to 15, you can set that to 10, you can set it to every 2 minutes, but it is going to cost you a few cents I believe from pulling your ex-posts.

So 30 minutes is probably good, they don't usually post a million posts every single minute, so that's good.

It's going to grab the new one, it's going to post it, and that is the magic.

Every post I make now is going to be mirrored to all these other things, and I already set this up, Grokbot runs in the background, so this is going to be all done, it has its own virtual machine.

I don't even have to keep Grokbot open, it's just going to work from now.

Every ex-post I make is going to be posted to all these other platforms.

One thing to know with this is if you're posting directly from a scheduler like Postbridge and you post X and to all the other platforms as well, it will probably double post them.

So make sure when you're doing one or the other, but yeah, this is the easiest way to basically use a scheduling tool without using a scheduling tool, and just having a robot mirror your posts using the scheduling tool, using that power, and just getting it over there.

So this is exactly what I'm going to be doing from now on, using Postbridge plus Grokbot.

Just have it handle all my ex-posts to all the other platforms for me and not have to worry about it ever again, because I was before posting from Postbridge, and that is fine, but it's just nice to be able to post from Twitter, because I'm only on Twitter really, and have it go everywhere else, and now it does.

As you can see here, let's go to Blue Sky, bam, done, let's go to LinkedIn, bam, done, let's go to Threads, and bam, done.

So easy as that, Grokbot is awesome, and now it'll just keep doing that as long as I leave this routine going.
