Sundays are the perfect day to reset and prepare for the week ahead. This checklist is my go-to routine to stay organized, healthy, and ready to tackle the week. Feel free to customize it to fit your own needs!

My Sunday Checklist

  • Blood pressure test
  • Refill vitamins for the week
  • Charge MiBand band
  • Charge phones
  • Shave
  • Shower
  • Cut finger nails
  • Cut toe nails
  • Check to re-order vitamins
  • Haircut (if needed)
  • Reset computer (clear cache, updates, etc.)
  • Plan weekly goals (Zz1, Zz2, Zz3)
  • Ice facial for a refreshed look
  • Meal prep for the week
  • Confirm travel bags packed
  • Review calendar and schedule
