Sundays are the perfect day to reset and prepare for the week ahead. This checklist is my go-to routine to stay organized, healthy, and ready to tackle the week. Feel free to customize it to fit your own needs!
My Sunday Checklist
- Blood pressure test
- Refill vitamins for the week
- Charge MiBand band
- Charge phones
- Shave
- Shower
- Cut finger nails
- Cut toe nails
- Check to re-order vitamins
- Haircut (if needed)
- Reset computer (clear cache, updates, etc.)
- Plan weekly goals (Zz1, Zz2, Zz3)
- Ice facial for a refreshed look
- Meal prep for the week
- Confirm travel bags packed
- Review calendar and schedule
