Hey everyone, Mike here! I’m heading to Shenzhen, China, for a whirlwind of business activities, networking, and speaking engagements from September 15 to 23, 2025. Daily Agenda

Monday, September 15

• 10:00 PM: Arrive at Shenzhen Airport.
• Accommodation: Check into hotel near Easy China Warehouse (ECW) in Bao An.

Tuesday, September 16

• All Day: At Easy China Warehouse in Bao An for strategy discussions and team check-ins.
• Accommodation: Same hotel near ECW in Bao An.

Wednesday, September 17

• Morning: Work session in Bao An.
• Lunch: Travel to Futian.
• Afternoon: Attend GFAVIP event in Futian. More details here.
• Evening: Networking in Futian.
• Accommodation: Check into hotel for Shenzhen SEO Conference in Futian.

Thursday, September 18

• Morning/Afternoon: Optional tours organized by Shenzhen SEO Conference.
• Afternoon to Evening: Meet with David Ho and his brother until dinner.

Friday, September 19

• Morning: Work session.
• Afternoon: Shenzhen SEO Conference begins with registration at noon. Learn more.
• Evening: Open for networking or follow-ups.

Saturday, September 20

• Full Day: Main day of Shenzhen SEO Conference.
• 10:00 AM: Speaking on a panel.
• 4:30 PM: Delivering a talk.
• 8:00 PM: Conference opening party.

Sunday, September 21

• All Day: Continue attending Shenzhen SEO Conference (details TBD).

Monday, September 22

• Morning: Check out of Shenzhen SEO Conference hotel.
• All Day: Follow-up meetings, likely in Bao An near ECW.
• Accommodation: Hotel in Bao An near ECW (TBD).

Tuesday, September 23

• All Day: Open for meetings, networking, sourcing, and product development at ECW warehouse in Bao An.
• 6:00 PM: Fly out from Shenzhen Airport.
• 8:00 PM: Arrive in Kunming, check into airport hotel.

Wednesday, September 24

• 8:00 AM: Flight from Kunming to Chiang Mai.
