What is Mike Michelini Up To Now - Sept 7 - 13, 2025

Will fly to China next week (Sept 15) for a week - speaking at the Shenzhen SEO Conference and hosting meetups and networking. Cannot wait.

Most exciting to me is I believe this AI can give us another chance at a decentralized internet (going back to web1.0 which was awesome). Web2 has such a stronghold on our lives, but I think AI can give us a chance again at an open internet. And that is what I am building for.

Mike's display project

Last week still doing 13-15 hours a day of straight vibe coding firehose learning and experimenting and learning, been about 3 weeks almost like this so at least 200 hours of intense learning on developing with AI (vibe coding). It makes me want to cry of joy I can create all these ideas that have been in my head for 20 years and the backlog is so long.

Restructuring Shadstone our agency at the core. The management team met in person a couple weeks ago and there is fundamental shift on how we operate. Scary but exciting.

Hamza is going DAO mode. Next week proposals will start and our treasury will be public. I’m so excited to decentralize how the company operates and open it up.

RegardingWork timer example

RegardingWork is expanding to more than “just a pomodoro timer” but I am still learning database API, auth, SSO more it is so deep backend for me cannot believe I am learning it. But will become a hub of productivity.

API everything. Also blockchain everything. It is all so exciting step by step.

Cross Border Summit #7 is in 2 months and I am just so excited for sharing and giving - and cannot wait to see what the amazing community members have been building too (have some insights from some).

I’m a developer now, and there is no turning back. My dad always wanted me to be one, now I am.
