Enjoying a weekend with the kids at the famous “Sticky Waterfall” in Chiang Mai. Even though I’m deep into vibe coding and AI, I’m making sure to “touch grass” and spend quality time with family. Wendy is still in Japan, and the kids have started school. Life is flowing!

Hamza.Market Gains Traction
Hamza.market is getting some action! After almost two years of grinding and building, people are buying organically. We’re seeing slow but early signs of product-market fit and keeping an ear to the ground as the pulse grows.

Locked in the hotel, villa, and yacht for the Cross Border Summit and Cross Border Mastermind, happening Nov 3 - 10, 2025. It’s going to be an intense time! Kyle is already setting targets for achievements to accomplish by November, creating healthy pressure to achieve and grow.
Vibe Coding Progress
Made 10 apps in just two weeks! Some are more developed than others, and I have a list of 30+ more to build—ideas I’ve had on my “to make” list for years (even decades). Here are some highlights:
- RegardingWork Game: A productivity game for pomodoro enthusiasts. Play with me at game.regardingwork.com.

- Other apps focus on e-commerce and internal tools, with huge opportunities for improving efficiency through vibe coding.
This Week’s Plans
- More Vibe Coding: I’m considering getting more transparent about what I’m building—not because it’s a secret, but because there’s so much! Thinking about ways to showcase and engage with all of you on these projects.
- Cross Border Summit: Three months to go (Nov 3-10). Building a system for managing the agenda (balloon grid) to accommodate our epic speakers and some surprises this year.
- Hamza.Market DAO Migration: Working on a migration process to move the team into a DAO structure. August is a transition month, with a goal to enforce a proposal-only system starting September 1.
Thought of the Week
Life is changing so rapidly—don’t get frozen, don’t get discouraged. Now is the time to plow through and upgrade. I was talking to Sally on the team, and she said it’s overwhelming but she’s learning and growing. That’s how we all need to be—open-minded, learning, and adapting.
The only constant in life is CHANGE. Nothing stays the same.
