Introduction

We are hosting an exclusive VIP Round Table session for VIP ticket holders and speakers as a half-day event before the official start of the Cross Border Summit. This event provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage in meaningful discussions with industry experts in an intimate setting.

Time: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The session is structured to maximize interaction. Speakers are assigned to individual tables, each marked with the speaker’s name and bio. Attendees will rotate between tables to participate in discussions. To streamline the process, attendees can RSVP in advance for their preferred table session via our ticketing system.

Schedule

  • 2:00 PM - Opening: Welcome and introductions
  • 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM - Session 1: First round table discussion
  • 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM - Session 2: Second round table discussion
  • 3:45 PM - 4:00 PM - Break: Short break for refreshments
  • 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM - Session 3: Third round table discussion
  • 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM - Session 4: Optional fourth round table discussion (if energy permits)
  • 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Conclusion: Wrap-up and closing remarks

Session Format

Each session lasts 45 minutes, with the potential for a fourth session if participants remain engaged. The format is designed to encourage active participation and knowledge sharing among attendees and speakers.

Materials Provided

  • Pens and paper for note-taking
  • Large drawing pads with clipboards for collaborative work
  • Limited whiteboards (though typically not used)

Preparation

  1. Ensure all tables are set up with speaker name signs and bios.
  2. Confirm that materials (pens, paper, drawing pads, clipboards) are distributed to each table.
  3. Test the RSVP system to verify attendee registrations.
  4. Prepare a brief opening speech to welcome attendees and explain the rotation process.
  5. Coordinate with speakers to ensure they are prepared for their table discussions.
