How to Prepare for Your Rapid Fire Intro

The Rapid Fire Intro session is a high-energy, 30-minute showcase designed to spotlight multiple speakers in a concise and impactful format. Here’s everything you need to know to prepare:

Total Session Length: 30 minutes
Time Allocation: Evenly split among all presenters in the session

  • Example: If there are 6 speakers, each gets 5 minutes. If 10 speakers, each gets 3 minutes.
  • Timing is strict — a moderator will keep the pace to ensure fairness and flow.
  • Practice your delivery to fit comfortably within your allotted time (aim for 30–60 seconds under to allow transitions).

Your Slide: One Per Presenter

Each speaker prepares exactly one slide to support their on-stage presentation. This slide should:

  • Clearly display your name, company, and role
  • Highlight 1–2 key achievements or unique value propositions in your business
  • Include 1–2 insights or tips you’d like to share with the audience
  • Use high-contrast, large fonts (minimum 24pt) for readability from the back of the room
  • Keep branding clean and professional — avoid clutter

Tip: Your slide is a visual anchor, not a script. You’ll speak freely about your business and insights.

Round Table Sessions (For Some Presenters)

Important: Not all Rapid Fire Intro speakers will have a follow-up round table. Only selected presenters will host a dedicated 50-minute round table discussion immediately after their intro session.

These deeper-dive sessions allow for Q&A, networking, and practical advice in a small group setting.
